Reflection groups and cones of sums of squares

چکیده
We consider cones of real forms which are sums squares and invariant under a (finite) reflection group. Using the representation theory these groups we able to use symmetry inherent in give more efficient descriptions. focus especially on An, Bn, Dn case where so-called higher Specht polynomials uniform description cones. These descriptions allow us, deduce that fixed degree 2d stabilizes with n>2d. Furthermore, cases small degree, analyze explicitly compare them non-negative forms.

15 صفحه اولa comparison of teachers and supervisors, with respect to teacher efficacy and reflection
supervisors play an undeniable role in training teachers, before starting their professional experience by preparing them, at the initial years of their teaching by checking their work within the proper framework, and later on during their teaching by assessing their progress. but surprisingly, exploring their attributes, professional demands, and qualifications has remained a neglected theme i...
15 صفحه اولOn certain permutation groups and sums of two squares
We consider the question of existence of ramified covers over P1 matching certain prescribed ramification conditions. This problem has already been faced in a number of papers, but we discuss alternative approaches for an existence proof, involving elliptic curves and universal ramified covers with signature. We also relate the geometric problem with finite permutation groups and with the Ferma...
